IAJS embraces disciplines in the humanities, social sciences, Japanese language pedagogy, and multidisciplinary studies to allow students to acquire firm foundations in education and research training at the graduate level.
The programs accept working professionals and individuals who wish to continue education and research at the graduate level. Many international students, of course, have been accepted. Globally acclaimed faculty can provide academic guidance at the highest level based on ower multidisciplinary education and research programs. Students can take advantage of an accelerated academic schedule allowing them to graduate with combined master’s and doctoral degrees within three years after obtaining approval from their main advisor and subprogram leader.
The IAJS program is a unique degree program where students from diverse backgrounds study and conduct research in an encouraging and supportive academic environment.
